A fallback image is a default image that will appear whenever a story does not have a primary image assigned. Using a fallback image helps maintain visual consistency and prevents broken layouts on story listings and homepages.

Steps to Add a Fallback Image

Follow these steps to set a default fallback image for your stories:

• Upload Your Image to the Media Gallery
  Go to the Bold Media Gallery and upload your image.

  Add it in Page Builder
  
  
  • Open your story in Page Builder.
  • Go to General Settings → Fallback Image.
  • Paste the image URL.

Save and publish

• Click Save, then Publish to apply the changes.
• Once added, this fallback image will automatically show on related story cards whenever a story doesn’t have an alternative or hero image.
