Necessary when we use outgoing webhooks. All the administrators who are mentioned in the field would receive email notifications. Whenever there is a failure of events that are triggered based on the webhooks set in AT, the administrators mentioned here would receive a notification informing the failure. When there is a failure in triggering the webhook initially, AT would retry to trigger the webhook again in 1-hour time difference for 24 hours. Post 24 hours if the webhook is still failing, the particular webhook would be blocked. Until the admins fix the issue and reach out to us, post which the webhook would be manually enabled by AT team members.
